Overview of microarray MAPH. Amplifiable probes are hybridised with immobilised and denatured genomic DNA, and after stringent washing, specifically-bound probes are recovered. After PCR amplification, recovered probes are specifically detected and quantified by hybridization to oligonucleotides on the microarray.
