Significantly down-regulated genes on MAPK pathway in HAD brains compared to HIV non-dementia brains. Pathway analysis has revealed the significant involvement of MAPK pathway in HAD brains. The genes, which were found to differentially express between HAD versus non-demented patients in the current study are highlighted in green.
