GO terms enriched in the unique genes of each species compared to the full set of Providencia isolated from D. melanogaster. GO terms were assigned and calculation of enrichment was done using a Fisher’s Exact Test using Blast2GO [24]. GO terms have been collapsed to only the most specific child term when multiple terms described the same group of genes.
