SSU rDNA phylogenetic trees of (A) Globigerinella siphonifera/Globigerinella calida (668 unambiguously aligned nucleotide sites), (B) Globigerinoides ruber/Globigerinoides conglobatus (589 bp), (C) Globigerina bulloides (669 bp), (D) Turborotalita quinqueloba (748 bp). The phylogenies were constructed using Bayesian Inference and are unrooted. Bayesian posterior probabilities and ML, NJ, and MP bootstraps (expressed as a percentage) are shown on the trees (BI/ML/NJ/MP). The scale bar corresponds to a genetic distance of 1%.
