Nucleotide alignments. Datasets used in this study. File is formatted as a nexus file, which can be read by most sequence editor software. Taxa names are designated according to isolate name and geographic location. The f gene sequence goes from nucleotide 1 to 1368 and he gene sequence from 1369 to 2640. A MrBayes block with a character set is provided at the end of the file that can be read by BEAST.
