Factorial correspondence analysis based on microsatellite data depicting populations
of Lysiphlebus fabarum group parasitoids. The sample was hierarchically grouped into reproductive mode, morphotype (see Table
1), host origin and geographic location (excluding replicate MLGs) (see Table S3 [Additional
file 5]). The same symbols for morphotypes and colours for host species as detailed in Figure
1 are used in combination for samples corresponding to a given geographic origin.
The 'centers of gravity' of these populations are projected on the plane defined by
the first two axes (corresponding percentages of explained total inertia are indicated).
Sexual populations are highlighted while all other data points refer to asexual populations.
