All values that exhibited greater than 95% confidence are shown in bold font. The indicators are: GC - GC content of the gene pools. CG Di's, GA/TC Di's, AC/GT Di's- Difference in preference for 'CG', 'GA/TC', and 'AC/GT' dinucleotides given nucleotide frequencies. Arginine (CGA and CGG), Cysteine (UGU), Leucine (CUC), Threonine (ACG), and Valine (GUC) - Difference in preference for respective codons given nucleotide abundances. AA Bias - Ratio of aspartic acid and glutamic acid to arginine, lysine, and histidine.
