Geographic origins of isolates in each haplotype are proportionally represented in pie charts by different patterns shown in the key in the centre of the figure. The ancestral haplotypes determined by root probability [33] are indicated by asterisks (*), whereas those determined by maximum parsimony using E. necator var. ampelopsidis as the outgroup are indicated by §.
