Effect of IL-1α on pancreatic cancer cell adhesion. Pancreatic cancer cells were cultured
with 10 ng/ml IL-1α, with 10 ng/ml IL-1α and 0.5 μg/ml anti-α6 integrin antibody, or with 0.5 μg/ml anti-β1 integrin antibody for 24 h, after which the cell adhesion assay was performed at 37°C
