Fluorescence lifetime imaging of GFP-PKC expressed in CHO cells: effect of TPA. 2P-FLIM images were collected as described in the legend to Figure 2 except cells were treated with TPA (100 nM) for 3 min. Treatment with the phorbol ester did not affect the fluorescence lifetime of GFP attached to PKC.
