Conventional electron micrographs of thin sections of liver mitochondria assayed the quality of tBidG94E labelling. a) Section of pelleted mitochondria decorated with immunogold tBidG94E. Most of the mitochondria are in the condensed state [33]. No difference in the general number of gold particles between condensed and orthodox mitochondria was observed.
