C-D) After a single-cell clonogenic assay all cells from two representative subclones (D5 and B3) are positive for CD31, a panendothelial marker. Only cells differentiated into lymph endothelial cells (LECs) are Lyve1 or podoplanin positive. 150-200-fold.
