In vivo differentiation of TrES1. Undifferentiated TrES1 and TrES1 derived NPCs were implanted into contralateral hemispheres of SCID mice for six weeks. Nestin, GFAP and MAP2 were co-expressed with GFP in both hemispheres with the TrES1 graft while homogenous expression pattern was observed at the NPCs implanted hemisphere.
