Fold changes in di-nucleotide abundances for all repeat families of Stagonospora nodorum compared to non-repetitive control sequence on a Log10 scale. This conforms to the expected pattern associated with classical CpA→TpA type RIP mutation: high TpA and low CpA and TpG abundances.
