The smaller grey circles represent the feature subsets found by CFS selection and the intersections of the grey circles represent the features that were on average consistently found between pair wise comparisons among the cross validations. Specifically, S2431-A and S2431-B are the grey circles and they represent the average of pair wise comparisons of feature subsets found by cross validation on dataset2431 where S2431-ASall and S2431-BSall and the average sub set cardinality is represented by the diameter of the grey circle and the S2431-A S2431-B is provided as the average fraction of features shared between sub sets.
