Transcription factor network of canonical cell cycle regulators. We depict the network of canonical transcription factors derived using our approach. We construct a dynamical model of their α-coefficients and show the non-zero edges in this matrix as directed links between factors. A line from factor A to factor B indicates that the activity of A affects the activity of B at the next time point. The displayed order of factors minimizes the number of upward arcs (these arcs being grouped on the right side of the figure).
