the selected protein are shown by green lines. (B) MegaBLAST. Identified common regions
between two genomes are shown by a dot plot matrix. Green lines represent gene locations,
which encode phage-related proteins in a cluster, generated with BLASTCLUST as described
in text. (C) ClustalW. AP008979 is an accession number, issued by INSDC [17]. A scale
