TOP1 and ARP1 are proteins originally found to be unconnected to the network in the cluster in the previous version of the GRID database. The thick line is the newly discovered interaction between proteins TOP1 (YOL006C) and TIF4631 (YGR162W) in the newer version of the GRID database. We expect that protein ARP1 (YHR129C) (shown with an arrow) most likely should also be connected to some other members of the cluster.
