Red squared NumtS IDs (Ptr_NumtS _443_b1 and Ptr_NumtS _376_b1) correspond to potentially unintended nuclear regions found by Primer-Blast software, and have fewest mismatches. Red squared NumtS Ptr_NumtS _442_b1 not found by Primer-Blast software, has more mismatches.
