k0, k1, k5, k6, and k7 have been reported from the literature, whereas k2 and k3 has been estimated with KInfer [38] from the tumor growth curve of 56 patients provided by the experiments of Tham et al. [18].

The estimate of k2 and k3 is an average of 56 estimates, and is affected by a standard deviation of 6.23 × 10-7 (mm · sec)-1. The symbol "- " means that the value of the parameter or variable is unchanged.
