k_{0}, k_{1}, k_{5}, k_{6}, and k_{7 }have been reported from the literature, whereas k_{2 }and k_{3 }has been estimated with KInfer [38] from the tumor growth curve of 56 patients provided by the experiments of Tham et al. [18]. The estimate of k_{2 }and k_{3 }is an average of 56 estimates, and is affected by a standard deviation of 6.23 × 10^{7} (mm · sec)^{1}.
