Effect of bias-correction strategies This figure shows the effect of bias correction strategies on learning performance
for the ALARM network. In the upper panel, the horizontal axis is the number of false
positives and the vertical axis is the number of false negatives. In the lower panel,
the horizontal axis is the probability threshold above which an edge is deemed to
be present, and the vertical axis is the total number of errors (false positives plus
false negatives). The results are averages over 60 independent data sets each containing
250 data points. The DPSM scoring metric with λ = 1 was used.
