Amazingly fast, memory efficient and accurate... in short: very useful!

A very useful piece of software, in an era when more and more genome / transcriptome data are becoming available. We also used it efficiently on a single gene data set displaying high amount of divergence between species, in order to assess its detailed evolutionary history.
