A) Samples recovered from the 4 aggregation fractions were mounted soon after the sucrose gradient separation and observed by electron microscopy. B) The samples for the electron microscopy grids were from the fractions 1 and 4 recovered after sucrose gradient separation but incubated 24 hours with the co-migrated cell fraction before being mounted.
