Non-homologous end joining and human disease

The series focuses on understanding the mechanisms of non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) in the process of DNA repair and the effects of dysfunctional NHEJ in relation to human disease. It comprises articles showing novel insights into NHEJ pathways and related syndromes, as well as smaller advances contributing to the existing framework of knowledge on NHEJ. We welcome further original research submissions. Please submit your manuscript through our website and indicate in your covering letter that you would like it to be considered for the series, or alternatively, send a pre-submission enquiry to editorial@genomeintegrity.com.
