World Diabetes Day 2018

World Diabetes Day 2018BMC is pleased to recognize World Diabetes Day 2023. The theme for 2023 is 'Access to Diabetes Care'. 1 in 10 adults worldwide have diabetes and over 90% have type 2 diabetes. Almost 50 % of these cases are not yet diagnosed. Type 2 diabetes and its complications can often be prevented or better managed by adopting and maintaining healthy habits. We are raising awareness on diabetes research by showcasing highly influential research from our open-access journals in the field - browse featured articles and more below.
