Biomarker Research is calling for submissions to our Collection on 'Single cell and spatial multiomics.'

This Collection aims to bring together cutting-edge research that harnesses single-cell and spatial multiomics techniques to dissect complex biological systems.

About the collection

Biomarker Research is calling for submissions to our Collection on "Single cell and spatial multiomics."

This series welcome submissions related to the following important topics or elements:

1. Development of the framework for the joint analysis of single cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics.

2. Development and application of innovative methods for single cell and spatial multiomics analysis.

3. Optimization of single cell transcriptome analysis process, such as dimensionality reduction and clustering analysis, subgroup identification, cell trajectory, intercellular communication and transcription regulation, and its application in life activities.

4. Joint analysis of spatial transcriptomics, protein omics and single cell omics.

5. Data analysis framework and technology development of single-cell omics and spatial omics based on deep learning.

6. Cell microenvironment analysis based on single cell omics and spatial omics.
