Maternal Health, Neonatology and Perinatology is calling for submissions to our collection on Pregnancy and preeclampsia: diagnosis and management. Preeclampsia is defined as the new onset of hypertension, signs of kidney, including proteinuria, or other organ damages during pregnancy, typically after 20 weeks of gestation. Preeclampsia occurs in 2-8% of pregnancies leading to worldwide maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Despite its impact, early-stage diagnosis and/or prevention measures are limited. Delivery and supportive care remain the principal treatments. This article collection welcomes manuscripts on preeclampsia including but not limited to novel measures to manage preeclampsia related mortality.

This Collection welcomes submission of Research Articles, Review Articles, Case Reports, Study Protocols, and Database Articles.
