This Collection aims to showcase the latest AI-driven innovations that are transforming our understanding of the complex interactions between animals and their microbiomes. Topics of interest include AI-based modeling of host-microbiome interactions, predictive modeling of microbiome dynamics, development of AI-driven tools for data analysis, and integration of multi-omics data.

This Collection welcomes submission of Research Articles, Reviews. Should you wish to submit a different article type, please read our submission guidelines to confirm that type is accepted by the journal. 

Articles for this Collection should be submitted via our submission system, Snapp. Please, select the appropriate Collection title “AI Innovations in Animal Microbiome Research" under the “Details” tab during the submission stage.
