Hydrocephalus: Promoting Research for Improved Outcomes

This report on pediatric hydrocephalus is the first in a series of task force papers for the International Society for Hydrocephalus and Cerebrospinal Fluid Disorders. These papers commissioned and sponsored by the Society aim to stimulate and promote research into hydrocephalus, with the particular objective of improving the quality of life for patients. There will be subsequent topics about the outcome and morbidity for adult hydrocephalus, novel developments in neuroimaging and good practice advice for researchers.
