The Anopheles community on the China-Myanmar border consists of 13 species with 78.83% individuals belonging to An. minimus, followed by An. maculatus (5.55%) and An. culicifacies s.l. (4.03%). An. minimus peaks in individual quantity in May and has a 79.8% human blood index and a 0.07-0.7% Plasmodium vivax infection rate.
