Sponsorship

BioMed Central offers a range of sponsorship, advertising and exhibition opportunities at our events, details of which are below. Individual tailored packages are also available by contacting us directly at events@biomedcentral.com. Sponsorship brochures for each event can be downloaded from the individual event websites.

Exhibition opportunities

Exhibition space is available at each of our events for your company to showcase its product/brand to your target audience. Each exhibition space comes with one full free delegate registration.

Sponsorship opportunities

Session sponsor

A unique limited opportunity to sponsor one of the event sessions. Align your company and brand with key opinion leaders and position your company at the forefront of innovation in the event subject area. Session sponsor will have a 30 minute presentation. (Sponsor will feature in all pre-, during and post-event marketing material and will receive 2 full delegate passes as part of the sponsorship).

Showcase programme

Promote the release of a new product or technology. Conduct a training workshop or give in-depth technical demonstrations and present technical updates (up to 30 minutes). Includes 3mx3m exhibition stand and 2 full delegate passes.

Event bags

The event bag, carried throughout the meeting and afterwards, will be distributed to all participants and contains all event publications. The sponsor will provide the bags. The sponsor's full colour logo will be printed on the bag together with the event logo. This opportunity allows the sponsor to add a gift and writing material to the congress wallets.

Welcome reception

Delegates will meet on the first day of the event, usually in the evening, for an open reception. Drinks and canapês will be served. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the final programme and by on-site signage.

Coffee breaks

Each morning and afternoon of the event, a 30 minute coffee break will be offered. During this time event participants may relax and visit the exhibition. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the final programme and by on-site signage.

Lunch breaks

A buffet-style lunch will be provided for event participants on all days of the event, during which time delegates may relax and visit the exhibition. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the final programme and by on-site signage.

Event party/dinner

Let's party! One night during the event all speakers, delegates and industry representatives are invited to join us, relax and enjoy some wonderful food, drinks and entertainment. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the final programme and by on-site signage.

Event lanyards

Event Lanyards hold the participants' badges and will be distributed to all participants. The sponsor's logo will be printed on the lanyards together with the event logo. Sponsorship of the lanyards is limited to one company.

Poster prizes

The best poster will be selected by the Scientific Committee and the author will be awarded a prize, donated by the sponsor.

Event bags - inserts

Promotional material may be inserted in the event bags, which will be distributed to all participants.
