<p>After the publication of this work <abbrgrp>

</abbrgrp> we found out that Table <tblr tid="T1">1</tblr> was not filled in correctly in the original article. The total number of strains analyzed in the <it>ptxP1 </it>or the <it>ptxP3 </it>lineage was not shown between the brackets, leading to incompleteness of the data. The revised Table <tblr tid="T1">1</tblr> is shown below.</p>
