Oral manifestations of HIV infection in children and adults receiving highly active anti-retroviral therapy [HAART] in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Adult patients in Tanzania receiving highly active anti-retroviral therapy for HIV infection have a lower risk of oral candidiasis and hairy leukoplakia than adults not taking HAART, although no significant reduction occurs in treated children.
