Neural marker expression in the spinal cord of regenerating Xenopus tadpole tails.
Following amputation of the tadpole tail, a competent tail is regenerated, including fiber tracts. On a transverse section of a one month tail regenerate, neuron specific beta III tubulin is visualized with green staining and nuclei are stained blue (DAPI).
