Distinct subsets of glial cells populating a Drosophila antenna. Pupal antennae stained with antibodies against the transcription factor Reversed Polarity (Repo), a marker for differentiated glial cells, and against markers for peripheral, perineural and cell body glia (Mz317) and interneurons (GH146). The arista (Ar), a feather-like structure at the tip of the antenna, is indicated; double-stained cells are highlighted by arrows.
