Co-localization of the Talin-a I/LWEQ module of Ciona intestinalis with vinculin in Hela cells. Expression of the red fluorescent-fusion construct of the cytoskeletal protein Talin-a overlaps and targets focal adhesions, labeled green via the vinculin component.
