Cysteine-rich protein 1 (CRP1) localizes along actin stress fibers. Fibroblasts co-expressing fluorescently labeled CRP1 (A and B) and α-actinin (A' and B') show CRP1 localization along actin stress fibers. Enlarged sections are shown at the bottom left in each image; merged images are shown in A'' and B''.
