Nuclear envelope nodules with pericentromeric heterochromatin markers. Mouse neutrophils stained with antibodies against trimethylated histones (red); triMe H3K9, histone H3 with trimethylated lysine 9; triMe H4K20, histone H4 with trimethylated lysine 20. The nuclear marker lamin B is visible in green; the right-hand panels show merged images.
