Image of the Month – November 2005

Cytoskeleton remodeling in cells expressing EGF receptor pathway substrate 8 (Eps8). Different mammalian cell lines show Eps8-induced actin remodeling, including the formation of filopodia-like structures. The left-hand panels show the Eps8 distribution, the middle panels show actin alone, and the right-hand panels show merged images with Eps8 in red and actin in green.
