Great paper (Lisa Porter, 18 July 2013)

I cite this paper in almost every paper/grant that I write on Spy1 and I refer to this work in the intro of almost every talk that I deliver. Defining the unique properties of Spy1/RINGO is a seminal discovery for these cyclin-like proteins and this specific publication is of high importance to this area. Please notice that the line:
H. sapiens PiT2 TM 9 (sequence G571-S593) and H. sapiens PiT1 TM 9 (sequence G599-S521) are suggested to be homologous to the TM 9 predicted in RPHO-1 R. norvegicus (human PiT1 ortholog) protein sequence G601-S623 [Swiss-Prot:Q9JJP0] using the TMHMM server (data not shown).
Should be replaced by:

Erratum: (Sakihito Kitajima, 25 July 2011)

We correct the N-terminal amino acid sequences of LA-a and LA-b (shown in Figure 4), according to the better quality of data obtained by re-sequencing the proteins. The correct sequences are SEPQXGRDAGGAL for LA-a and SEQQXGRDVGGAL for LA-b (the first residue of both has been corrected). The sequences of recently obtained cDNAs of these have been added into the public DNA databases (accession nos. AB639036 and AB639037).

Correction of phosphopeptide sequence in Methods section (Toumy Guettouche, 24 January 2007)

Please note that there is a typo in the phosphopeptide sequence in the METHODS section subheading ANTIBODIES.
