on 68 samples amplified with the primer pair for Region 7. EcoTILLING analysis did not report the presence of some mutated samples (1) which
were identified through HRM (2) and confirmed by sequencing (3). (4) EcoTILLING experiments
done by varying the digestion time or the number of samples per pool did not change
