column of points is for the high abundance probes. A horizontal mark indicates the
median SD for each column. Right box: Spearman's correlation values, r, assessing
association of replicates. A horizontal line indicates the median r value for each
panel. These data change little after normalization (data not shown). The descriptions
for sections A – F within the boxes are the same as those described for Panels A –
F in Figure 3.
