GTP-related probes differentially regulated in at least two patients compared to controls. Table, sorted by gene symbol, of Affymetrix probes differentially regulated in at least two affected BMPR2 mutation carriers compared to unaffected. Values that are differentially expressed at least 1.4× with a minimum 150 absolute change are highlighted in yellow; between 2 and 4 of the affected values for each probe will thus be altered.
