Peripheral building block hypotheses predicted in consistent directions with observed
cell proliferation. The expected direction of a prediction in the table is based on the known biological
role(s) for a given hypothesis, and is shown for the peripheral building blocks (orange
and white blocks in Figure 5). The arrows above the data set names (RhoA, CTNNB1,
NR3C1, and EIF4G1) denote the direction in which proliferation was observed to change
in the respective experiments.
