For various values of A₀ and C₀ in our complex formation model (B₀ = 1000 fixed, and C₀<B₀<A₀), we plot the CV of the goal complex ABC, when only one component (bottom to top manifolds: A, B, C, respectively) is allowed stochastic variation. It can be seen that the CV of the goal complex is most sensitive to variations in the concentration of C, its least abundant component.
