(A) Representative pictures of migration (wound closing) of P114 cell line grown as a mono-culture and co-culture with macrophages at 0, 2, 4 and 6 hrs after the scratch was made. (B) The graphs of % of wound closure after the 2, 4 and 6 hrs of migration. The pictures were taken using phase-contrast microscopy (Olympus). The statistical analysis was performed using Prism version 5.00 software (GraphPad Software, USA). The one-way ANOVA was applied to analyze the results. p < 0.05 was regarded as significant and marked as *, whereas p < 0.01 and p < 0.001 were regarded as highly significant and marked as ** and ***, respectively.
