The following typographical mistakes have been detected in the text, and should read this:

1. The majority (92,5%) had one or more GI risk factor and 60,3% were defined to be at high GI risk

2. All data were collected in one single day (25th March 2009) in all participating centers

3. Overall, only 7.5% of patient had no GI risk factors
