Characterization of hAFSCs in vitro. (A) FACS analyses for expression of mesenchymal, hematopoietic and immunologic markers. hAFSCs showed strong positive expression of mesenchymal markers (CD44, CD73, CD90 and CD105), but were negative for the hematopoietic lineage marker (CD45) and MHC Class II antigen (HLA-DR).
