How the Golgi differs between mammals and yeast. Confocal immunofluorescence image of a mammalian cell and a yeast cell expressing
the same myc-tagged Golgi protein (yeas tKre2). The mammalian Golgi stack forms ribbons
next to the nucleus, whereas in yeast the Golgi comprises small cisternae found throughout
