to the actin cables of the cytoskeleton within leaf epidermal cells after agro-infiltration.
(B) An endoplasmic reticulum-targeted cyan fluorescent protein-elastin-like polypeptide
fusion (pPCEK) accumulated as protein bodies (PBs) within the cell's cytoplasm. (C-E) When co-expressed, the induced novel PBs co-aligned with the actin microfilaments.
